Our websites are intended for healthcare, research, pharmaceutical and trade professionals, and for organisations considering working with us. They are not intended for members of the public seeking medicines or medical advice. Products are not offered for direct consumer supply.

2. Information on our websites

The content of our websites is provided for general information about Thanet Labs and our capabilities. It does not constitute an offer to supply, a quotation, regulatory advice or medical advice. We aim to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free from errors, and we may change it at any time without notice. Please also read our Disclaimer.

3. Trade portal accounts

  • Trade accounts are available only to verified organisations. We may accept or decline any request or application at our discretion.
  • You must provide accurate information and tell us promptly if it changes, including if a licence or registration lapses.

  • Prices, product information and documents in the trade portal are confidential to your organisation and must not be shared.
  • Certificates of analysis and other documents you download must not be altered, edited or re-branded in any way, and may be shared only in their original form as permitted by our Terms of Supply.
  • Products must not be sold or supplied directly to members of the public unless you hold the licences and authorisations required for that supply.
  • We may suspend or close an account if these terms or our Terms of Supply are breached, or if we can no longer verify your eligibility.

We do not guarantee that our websites will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change any part of them for business or operational reasons.

8. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from use of, or inability to use, our websites or reliance on their content, including loss of profit, business, revenue, data or goodwill, or any indirect or consequential loss.
